Spending time together with nature can bring joy and connection to people living with dementia and their carers.

You are encouraged to start where you are with what you’ve got, and to adapt the ideas and examples in this resource for your own context.
This has been developed especially with people living with dementia and carers in mind, and for people less able to get out and about or travel far.
