The Dementia Pathfinders Open Course Programme aims to equip those supporting people with dementia to provide high quality person centred dementia care and support.

Our programme is designed to be of interest to a wide audience, we work in partnership with value aligned dementia specialist trainers and training providers to offer a varied programme of training based on innovative approaches and best practice evidence.

Our team of associates bring with them a range of skills and expertise to ensure a varied and interesting array of innovative topics.
